We at Rico-Werk are known by our customers for our fast and effective service. Our customer service department takes care of your equipment optimally. Systems from other manufacturers are also professionally and carefully maintained and repaired by us. We have all common spare parts in stock.

Around your electrostatic precipitator we offer you the following service:

• Filter inspections
• Dust analyses
• Stream measurements
• Testing and replacement of supporting and rotary insulators
• Verification of all important functions on site
• Inspection and repair of HV cables incl. terminations
• Inspection and repair of bare wiring between HS unit and support insulator (also in stainless steel version)

Among other things, we offer the following on-site services for all HV makes:

• Carrying out the oil change
• Analyzing the insulating oil
• Sealing of an existing transformer rectifier unit
• Renewal of high voltage bushings
• Renewal of low voltage bushings
• Replacing old seals
• Verification of all important functions

• Removal of corrosion damage
• Overhaul of power hoods
• Retrofitting of automatic and manually operated disconnect earthing switches

Transformer rectifier units of older design (e.g. with expansion tank) are also repaired at Rico-Werk.
